I take it all back.

Scratch that from yesterday. Mother Nature You ain't my home girl. It's raining.

We're up and almost ready, just getting some porridge in us and then its 80 miles to Inverness. The wind is very storng but mainly to our backs I think, so it should be ok. There's a couple of big lumps on the route today, a couple of 1:10 inclines. Yesterday's blast was the prawn cocktail for today's roast beef, the proper riding starts now.

A Travel Lodge is our home again later, which will be nice as today's shower also acted as a warm up as I was squatting to get my head underneath.

Time to turn and burn!

see you in 80 miles. Boom.

best of luck with the rest of it - by the time you finish up i'll be in a world of tennis, strawberries and mobile phone apps but a post sporty-time tc beer is then the way forward!

like fred durst in his wisest moment used to say: keep rolling rolling rolling, keep rolling rolling rolling - yehhhh!
